General Plan Update Progress Report 3: In July 2022, the General Plan Team summarized progress made to-date on the General Plan and received endorsement from City Council on their approach to the land use alternatives process.
General Plan Update Progress Report 2: In March 2022, the General Plan Team summarized progress made to-date on the General Plan and received endorsement from City Council on the direction of the draft Vision.
Preliminary Draft Housing Element: In August 2021, the General Plan Team presented the preliminary draft Housing Element to City Council.
General Plan Update Progress Report 1: In April 2021, the General Plan Team reconvened with City Council to summarize progress made to-date and review upcoming meetings and milestones.
Study Session #1: In November 2020, the General Plan Team held a study session with City Council to present key information about the project and gather feedback on existing conditions.

General Plan Update Progress Report: Between Spring and Summer 2021, the General Plan Team convened with relevant City commissions and committees to provide project updates. Specifically, the Team provided on overview of the General Plan Updates, summarized progress made to-date, and prompted additional feedback and additional topics or themes to explore in the process. Planning Commission: On August 22 and 23 2023, the General Plan Team presented the draft land use designations and preferred land use map to Planning Commission. The Planning Commission’s recommendation on each of the Areas of Discussion will be discussed at a September 2023 City Council meeting.
